History

Polteron Engineering Services sp. z o.o. is one of the many companies established during the period of political and economic transformation in Poland at the end of the 80's and beginning of the 90's. It was set up as a private company in the year 1987.

Since its establishment, Polteron has been active mainly in the metallurgical industry as a trade mark and company, undergoing organisational and ownership changes.

Initially, Polteron Engineering Services sp. z o.o. (as PP Polteron) employed only a few people and offered technical consultancy, identification and implementation of new technical solutions for the Polish metallurgical industry. Eventually, the need emerged to produce designs using our own resources. We established mechanical, water management, electrical and construction design teams. Our share in the market grew, and consequently a separate Design Office was established. Taking into account the need to meet our customers' requirements, the demand for a comprehensive service of CAPEX and refurbishment projects, we established our Project Implementation Office team whose tasks include the completion of processing plants, their installation and commissioning.

Polteron Engineering Services sp. z o.o. is one of a few private companies without a history of state-ownership which has achieved a stable and firm position in the Polish industrial market of process design and modernisation.

After a period of continuous growth of our market share, Polteron Engineering Services sp. z o.o. is presently operating in the metal processing, machine building, metallurgical and power generation industries and also in the protection of the environment at home and abroad.
